Intermediate Acroyoga Washing Machines.   Acroyoga "Washing Machines" start from a particular pose and end in the same exact pose thus creating a transitional cycle or loop that can be repeated over and over.  They're super fun!

No partner is required as you'll be working with others in the class.  We're outside on the grass so please bring a yoga mat with you if you have one!

Prerequisites: You must be comfortable with the basic acroyoga poses such as side-star, tic-toc and star.  

Location:  We'll be outside at Trout Lake  (John Hendry Park) in the northwest corner of the field by the parking lot.  Northwest Corner of Trout Lake (John Hendry Park).  Click here for directions on google maps:

COVID Protocol:
  • Booking - You must pre-register online for the class.
  • Masks - Masks are no longer required and we will be outside.
  • Groups - We'll be working together with the rest of the class in groups of 3-4.  If you come with someone you want to practice with it's okay to stay in their group.
