Intermediate Acroyoga

This class is for experienced acroyogis and will get you working on intermediate skills, machines, and flows involving pops, dynamic entries and exits, and all kinds of twisty fun that you can only dream of! This class is the perfect level 2 and 3 so that you can transition and advance your skills gradually. 

Prerequisites are: Ninja Star, Foot-to-Hand (F2H)
