Class length
180 minutes

Trout Lake Park (South Side) - bring yoga mat or blanket

Want to come practice acro in the park with your friends from class?  Or meet some new people?  A jam is an unsupervised gathering where acroyogis of all levels get together to practice, play, train or just hang out.

Every Wednesday our friends at Vancouver Flow Arts host a free outdoor gathering in the park  (facebook event link) for the entire flow community including acroyoga, slacklines, flow toys (staffs, juggling, etc), fire spinning (at sunset), and many other cool and amazing things.  It's a bit like an outdoor circus festival.  More details below...

If you'd like to come practice acro, many members of the AcroWest community will often be there.  Feel free to come out and join us.

WHEN: Wednesday evenings (anytime it's not raining)
WHERE: Trout Lake (John Hendry Park) on the South Side.
NOTE: AcroWest doesn't host this event and no registration is required.  It's just an informal gathering in the park.  Always use spotters, common sense, and play safe when practicing acro.
