Welcome!  Curious about Acroyoga? Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, we have classes throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland that provide the perfect introduction to Acroyoga! Join us for a free class and experience the joy of this unique form of exercise, movement, play, and connection.

Who we are: We're a local Vancouver non-profit dedicated to creating healthy, happy humans and communities through movement and play through Acroyoga. It's a great way to socialize, exercise, get fit, have fun, and learn cool tricks and poses to do with your partner(s) or friends all at the same time.

What is Acroyoga? Acroyoga is a dynamic and exciting practice that combines elements of acrobatics, yoga, and dance. Whether you're an experienced yogi looking to add a new dimension to your practice or a complete beginner new to movement and looking to try something exciting, Acroyoga has something to offer everyone!

In Acroyoga, two to four people work together to create beautiful and challenging poses which can then be connected to create unique flows. It's a great way to build connection, trust, strength, flexibility, and balance, and increases your ability to focus, communicate, and work as a team. With a focus on playfulness and community, Acroyoga is an incredibly enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved!
